Customer Support
You can call our customer support during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm central time. This will connect you with a receptionist who will record your information and the reason for your call. Your call will then be assigned to one of our technicians who can best help you. Calls are returned in the order they are received and we try to call back as soon as we can. Callback times may increase during busier days.
Online Support Guide
Now available! We have recently produced an online support guide to aide our customers with some of the basics to RVS Mosaics. We recognize that there can be a learning curve for new users, so we encourage people to read through this guide to familiarize themselves with many of the basic functions the program has to offer. It also has guides for installing and transferring the program and data to new computers. You can access this site at support.rvssoftware.com.
